Membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice. You can submit your request via the member portal or in-person at the front desk. We don't believe in trap contracts—just pure results or you're free to move on.
Pro and Elite members receive 2 complimentary guest passes per month. Guests must check-in at the front desk with a valid ID and sign our standard liability waiver. Guest passes do not roll over to the next month.
Yes. IronCore is a 24/7 facility. All active members receive a digital key fob for secure entry at any hour. Staffed hours for inquiries and tours are Mon-Fri 8AM-8PM and Sat 10AM-4PM.
Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days per calendar year for a small maintenance fee of $15/month. This keeps your rate locked in and your account active without full billing.
Towel service is included exclusively for Elite tier members. Basic and Pro members may add towel service for $10/month or bring their own. We maintain a strict 'No Towel, No Training' policy on all weight benches.
